Jason Krieser

Vice President, General Manager

As General Manager, Jason is responsible for the Allen Medical System business within Hill-Rom. In the last four years, he has grown Allen to more than double in size and revenue. Jason joined Allen in 2003 as Director of Marketing, and he expanded Allen’s product focus into new segments of hip and spine. Allen soon became the #2 player in spine, and #1 in patient positioning accessories for hip arthroscopy. His responsibilities quickly expanded to include managing International Sales, and New Product Development. In 2006, Jason was promoted to his present role of General Manager for Allen Medical, and Vice President, Hill-Rom.

Prior to joining Allen, Krieser served as a Marketing Manager at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy where he was responsible for one of the companies key brands. Jason began his career at Johnson and Johnson Medical, where he excelled as New Product Development Engineer, Sales Representative, and eventually Product Director. As product director for the advanced wound care division, he was responsible for several key product line launches. 

Jason graduated with his BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and he received his MBA at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He served as a chemical officer in the 1-67 armored battalion in the U.S. Army. He currently resides in Massachusetts with his wife and three children.


Pete Richardson

Executive Director, Global Sales and Marketing

Pete Richardson is Director of Sales and Marketing for Allen Medical Systems, responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing globally. These responsibilities include managing our US sales team as well as overseeing Allen distributors in over 50 countries via the Hill-Rom International organization. Additionally, he is responsible for upstream and downstream marketing in the US and upstream marketing globally.

Pete joined the Allen team in June 2013, following an extensive career in medical device sales management, product development and marketing.

Immediately before joining Allen, Pete served as Sales Director for Sodexo Healthcare in the UK, managing a team with responsibility for winning contracts with values in excess of £100m. Prior to Sodexo, Pete spent 18 years with Smith & Nephew in various roles related to sales, sales management and product and strategic marketing on a global basis.

Pete lives in Massachusetts, USA with his wife and two children.


Michael Nordling

Executive Director, Global OEM Business

As Executive Director of the Global OEM Business, Mike is responsible for all aspects of private label partnerships and OEM integration of Allen Medical products across North America. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry. Most recently Mike held the title of Executive Director of Marketing & Strategy at Allen Medical.

Prior to joining Allen Medical, Mike was the Director of Clinical and Product Marketing for Arthrosurface, a medical device startup company that grew to over $30M in global sales. Before that he was Marketing Manager for Smith & Nephew Endoscopy. Mike has developed strong relationships with key global surgeons and has led many significant medical device introductions into the knee and shoulder markets. Prior to Smith & Nephew, Mike has worked in the surgical environment of the operating room and as a sales representative for Biomet Orthopedics.

Mike graduated with his BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA. He currently resides in Hopkinton, MA with his wife and three daughters.
